What is included in Pathway pricing?
Pathway pricing covers the ASCENSION programme stated in your written confirmation. Accommodation, flights, transfers and optional additional experiences are separate unless explicitly included in a written offer.
How are Design Stay and VIP packages priced?
The 7- and 14-night Design Stay figures and VIP Villa from-prices are indicative. The selected accommodation, occupancy, nights, final inclusions and availability are confirmed in writing before booking.
Are all meals included?
Meals are included in ASCENSION Day. For multi-day Pathways and stays, included meals are specified in your written offer.
Are Diện Chẩn and private treatments included?
Included Diện Chẩn sessions are stated in the shared programme or written offer. Additional private treatments, extended bodywork and other optional experiences may be available separately, subject to availability.
Can I stay at Sheraton Grand Danang?
Yes. Sheraton Grand Danang is an independent hotel you may book yourself.
Do I need to be fit?
ASCENSION is designed around varied levels of participation. Specific activities may have their own suitability requirements.
Can I extend my stay?
Yes, subject to hotel availability.
What happens if weather affects sea activities?
Programming adapts.
What is the cancellation policy?
ASCENSION Da Nang is scheduled for January 12–26, 2027, with final confirmation by December 12, 2026. If ASCENSION cancels or reschedules, guests may choose a full refund of programme payments or full-value credit. Guests who cancel by December 12 may request a refund less 10% where legally permitted, or choose full-value credit for 24 months. After December 12, full-value credit for 24 months applies; cash refunds are not available. Late bookings are subject to capacity. Accommodation follows supplier terms.
